Because the Changes tab is dynamically generated via a relationship view (has to be because there are many change types, so doesn't follow the standard single ItemType - RelationshipItemType - ItemType model) you cannot customize like you normally would for display on a relationship tab.
The information displayed is pretty sparse. The changes do not seem to be sorted in any logical order (it would be nice if by release date for example.) It would be nice if there was a column show the previous and/or released revisions that the change drove to (I have issues with the hard coded revision sequence, but that is another topic.) There are other bits of info that might have some value as well.
I suppose I could alter the code that drives the relationship view, and that is a possibility. But I wanted to express what I think are shortcomings with the default view in this case.
