SOLUTION - PROGRAM MANAGEMENT - Difference between 'Schedule Project' and 'Update Project'

Hello ,

In ARAS Project Management , there is a 2 actions in 'Action' menu.

1> Update Project

2> Schedule Project

then what is difference between these two?

Hi Pinak,

Schedule project updates completion dates and can be used when you are assessing the impact of delays to tasks or re-structuring the project.

Update project gets user input on tasks and updates the actual task completion etc. This is what updates the traffic light reporting.
