SOLUTION - PROGRAM MANAGEMENT - Can't Send Email(Project Life Cycle Map - Configure E-Mail)

Hi ~

could anyone help me ,

I have a problem,I find the email message can't transfer from ArasInnovatorServer to SMTP Server,

I search all support douctment ,and also confirm InnovatorServerConfig.xml and SmartHost settings is right,

check and test SMTP server , It is worked.

when I promo Project to another state,it should send e-mail to someboby(valid address),

but it isn't send and the SMTP log like this (details below)

Fields: date time c-ip cs-username s-sitename s-computername s-ip s-port cs-method

2011-11-17 00:04:09 XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX - SMTPSVC1 PLM XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX 0 QUIT

by the way, in the direct C:Program FilesArasInnovatorInnovatorServer emp , I can see the text file(e-mail).

any help appreciated, thanks!
