SUPPORT Q&A - .Net security issue

Hi,

I installed ARAS 9.3. It worked fine for some time. Now Innovator  is not able to load 'IEClient.dll".

Is there a log generated by Innovator why it failed to load the dll.

How to resolve this issue.

·         You have added the URL to the trusted zone

·         You have set the .NET Security policy using SDNS

·         You have set up the IE settings as outline in the attached Client Machine Configuration document

·         You have MSXML4 SP3 installed on the client

·         You have Microsoft .NET 3.5 SP1 installed on the client.
