SOLUTION - PROGRAM MANAGEMENT - where should I set the Method (sendEmailToA2Assignee)?

I know the method is use in Project promote to Active,send mail to the assignees.

but I don't know where is the method set ?

in the life cycle (project / activity2 / ) or Server Event of the item?

Hello.

"sendEmailToA2Assignee" set in LifeCycle Item of Activity2.

Open the Life Cycle Item, select the transition which from Pending to Active state.

You can see the method in Server Method(Post) section of upper of the window.

thanks for your answer.

I find the method in LifeCycle Item of Activity2.

Could I ask another question about SMTP server and innovator configure?

Because I can't recevied e-mail when Project Acitivity Assignment.

I check the mail address is valid and SMTP server vaule is "queue" in InnovatorServerConfig.xml.

By the way, the SMTP server is worked.

I try to put the test file on "Pickup" (in C:InetpubmailrootPickup Direct),I can recevied the mail.
