I want to promote to my document by following document Lifecycle..

I clike right button "promote" but I found "No promotions avaliable" error Message Box...

I don't know what can I do..

Please you teach me how to solve this problem..

Did you create the LifeCycleMap yourself ?
Or is that some standard built-in LifeCycleMap ?

Documents can only be promoted using the ECN workflows. Direct promotion would require customizing the solution.

Aras Innovator Product Engineering is modeled on CMII principles, that uses Aras Innovator Workflows to track the sign-off procedure.

Voting in ECN workflow activities affects what promotions are made. Please review Just Ask Innovator for ECN help.
