Is it possible to just launch a form from the TOC?

Hi esteimle,

Yup, a good example built like that is the "Search Center" (in the TOC, go to My Innovator / Search Center):

1. Open Administration / ItemTypes
2. Search for Search Center and edit it
3. Open the TOC View tab
4. Edit the Start Page column; here you should put the .html or .aspx containing your form
