Any time I try to upload a file I get an error that says
CloseInnovatorSession failed: The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden.
I recently tried to raise the file size limit on the vault by editing the configuration file, other than that I don't think anything has changed.
Any ideas?

Hi Scott,
If you are using a non-local drive for the vault you should move it to a local drive. Other than that, you can reference other posts about changing file sizes like www.aras.comhttp:/.../533.aspx or www.aras.comhttp:/.../585.aspx
Of course, the Aras Configuring Solutions class would bolster your administrator skills and bring you a lot further down the path for implementation even if you did want to continue going it alone thereafter.

I had found both of those entries, although they are both from 2007, not sure how relevant they are now. Neither of them show the same error either. I am not sure if I can move the vault to a local drive easily, it also has worked just fine in the past.
