Hello.
We have a problem when adding a document, Aras remains thinking when we take a click in
the icon "save, unlock and close" . We have already tried reinstalling Aras and the databases
but don´t work, what should we do to eliminate this problems and add documents in the vault.

Can you create and save a Document Item without adding any files to it?
Can you create Part items in the database?
Where is the vault located? Same drive as the Innovator install or somewhere else?

XML Common Core Services (MSXML) should be installed on Server and Clients. Check this.
