SUPPORT Q&A - Aras window not loading properly

We just did on installation of Aras on another server.  It seemed to go fine, but when starting up Aras the main window does not load properly.  There is an error message produced and most of the visual components of the Aras screen are missing.  The error message sounds like Aras is not getting permissions properly for everything to load, but I am just guessing.  Any thoughts or help would be appreciated.  I have attached a screen shot of the error message and the Aras screen under the options tab as a .jpg file.

Update:  The file attachment doesn't seem to work.  The text of the error message in the message box is:  The remote server returned an error:(401) Unauthorized. 

Basically the Aras window is mostly white, with the Text of the Tree Folder and the + expansion sign, but no icons.  The Grid or tool menu does not appear either.

Please check that .NET is properly installed on the client and that you have followed the recommended settings for .NET and Internet Explorer.

If it still does not load properly after confirming these settings, please let me know what version of .NET and IE you are running on the client.
