We just piloted the ARAS Innovator tool for problem reports, change requests, and change notifications only. We've found the tool meets CMII defined forms (a requirement to become CM II compliant), but not necessarily a best business practice - as some CM II elements are debated.
One example is the CRB. A CM II complaint change process must support various members on the CRB (for anything more than a small company). Has anyone solved this issue through the ARAS tool? Do you define multiple CRBs?

Various members on the CRB may be assigned using modification of standard Identities (i.e. user groups) involved in a process.
Multiple boards may be implemented via creation of custom forms, htmls, evetns, methods, etc. embedded into standard functionality.

Thanks for the feedback. We understand that we can change identities and groups, but by doing so in our diverse number of product lines and products, we would end up with many CRB groups being defined. Perhaps as many as 50. This long list would be difficult to manage.
Similar to your embedded suggestion, we pursued the programming of a dynamic CRBs with a change specialists inputing the members of each CRB in a new "team tab" on the ECR form that then populates the CRB for each change. However, I fear this functionality will be lost in future releases. I was trying to assure we weren't missing some "out-of-the-box" solution. I guess we're not...
