SUPPORT Q&A - login error

Hi,

After Aras PLM without any error , when I am trying to login it with Login name: admin, Password: innovator, database: innovatorSolutions.

I am getting an error message as follows:

Aras Innovator client has failed to initialize.

Some required controls('Utils.dll') were not loaded. Reinstalling application may solve this problem.

Please suggest a solution for this.
