I am trying to go through a release process using the ECN process. I have added "Engineering" Identity to the Can Add property for a New ECN. As the engineer, I create the ECN, adding the affected parts, save and get the assignment to Submit the ECN in my mailbox. I approve the submission and the task is now assigned to the Change Management Specialist II. As the CMSII, I approve the ECN to go to "In Review". The ECN is no longer accessible to the Engineer nor the CMSII. As Innovator Admin I can see it. Where might the permissions be set to disallow discovery for either parts or ECNs that are "In Review"?

Hi,
If you check your ECN and Part lifecycle you can see that on each state you can set a specific permission which will be applied replacing the default permission. From this permission you will be able to tell who should see/discover parts and ECN on specific state.
Hope this helps

I thought that was the case. My mind was stuck on the the wrong state so I was not finding the permissions. Once I selected the correct state of the Part Lifecycle Map, there was the culprit. Thanks for helping clear the fog.
