SUPPORT Q&A - Unable to edit methods using Method Editor

Hi There,

I am having issues viewing, editing methods using the method editor. I get a blue blank screen with a red X. I followed the instructions for the IE client settings from the documentation and also browsed through similar issues within this forum to find the root cause but none of the solutions have worked for me. 

I am running Innovator 9.3.0 on a WindowsXP-SP-3 with IE 8.0.

I saw a response within the forum under the title Subject "Blue screen appears when method view" that stated there was a "patch" that could be used to address this issue.

So I am looking for this patch from Support  and hopefully this may resolve my issue.

There is now a Project that contains this patch.

I was able to download and apply the fix and it worked as expected.

This issue has been resolved in Aras Innovator 9.3.0 SP1. For folks running the prior version can locate the patch under the community project section titled "Method Editor - Fix failure to load editor".
