I have run into this issue during the installation. A search on the net provided the following explanation "running 32-bit applications on IIS7 (and/or 64-bit OS machine) you will get the same error. So, from the IIS7 right click on the applications' application pool and go to "advanced settings" and change "Enable 32-Bit Applications" to "TRUE"."
It seemed to be the closest thing I could come up with. However, it does not help.
I am running a Windows 2008 R2 Std SP1. Have installed .Net 4.0
Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this?
