DEVELOPERS FORUM - validate ECR before authorizing it for review

Hi ARAS users,

I wish to validate ECR, before a creator authorizes it for "Review" .

I thought that I will introduce an activity called "ValidateECR" in its workflow (Automatic activity).

this activity will be having server method to check if ECR data is valid.

if it founds valid ECR then it allows workflow to continue. otherwise workflow will hault and wait for correction.

Any ideas, how can I achieve this ? Goal is to validate ECR before authorizing it for review.
