Hello,
I recently installed ARAS for evaluation at my company, and since install I am getting a new error when attempting to use Windows SharePoint services:
The list cannot be displayed in Datasheet view for one or more of the following reasons:
1. A datasheet component compatible with Windows SharePoint Services is not installed. (yes it is, it worked before, and on all other non-ARAS machines)
2. Your Web browser does not support Active X Controls. (IE7, yes it does)
3. Support for Active X controls is disabled. (they are all enabled or prompted)
I did not have this problem before installing ARAS. It may have part of the configuration utility we had to run to install.
Help please?
How do I get this capability back?
thanks

I recently posted an updated settings document for IE7 that should allow any ActiveX controls to run in the trusted zone, please try these.

Otherwise, I recommend asking the Sharepoint team, because I am not a sharepoint expert. Aras Innovator does not modify the website to prevent the use of Sharepoint, in fact we have methods for integrating with Sharepoint.
