Hi
I'm totally new to this ARAS application. But my organisation want us to configure and do the evalution for the software. As a start we have the software installed on the server and I can access it on the client. I wonder why there is only My Innovator and Administration folder available in the TOC.
BTW, i'm accessing using default admin id and password.
Do we need to customised accordingly. Is there any way which I can simply download a demo version on how to customise and evaluate the software.

Hi Dewi,
The default installer has multiple options to install. Sounds like you installed just the framework and none of the solutions. Simplest thing to do at this stage is reinstall with solutions. Here's a quick tutorial video that can guide you.
