I'm not sure how to troubleshoot this. Should I just uninstall and re-install? I tried a repair

Hi Mhj,
This is pretty common and is generally a simple click here or there that you missed during setup. Highly recommend watching this installation tutorial video. This short video walks you through the installation process. We've heard from the community that at least 85% of those with an issue are able to solve it after reviewing the session.
