DEVELOPERS FORUM - How to pass form ID from first to second to third form............please help me......??

Hello

my name is jagdish .

I have created one form from that i am opening second form , from second from i am opening third from.....

now i want unlink the .svg file which is attached to first form.........I have tried a lot but its not working.....

actually i just want to pass ID of first from to third from ...i dont kw how to pass it.......???

please somebody help me .......................??
