Hi All,

I am new to Aras & got the following error when Aras window is idle for more than 15 minutes.

SOAP Error- Unexpected Client side error occurred.

The following tags were not closed: SOAP- ENV: Envelope, SOAP – ENV:Body, Result, Item, Relationships, Item, related_id, Item, Method, Item, method_code.

<SOAP-ENV:Envelope xmlns:SOAP-ENV=http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/>

As I am not aware of this, please tell me the solution for the problem.
