INNOVATOR FRAMEWORK - (win 7 + .net 4.5 + VS2012) + Aras = Error ?

Hi thoughtful members,

After upgrading one machine to .net 4.5 and VS2012 it has started giving this message.
I have run the sdns again, with no luck.

Anyone got an idea to how this is ?
