Aras Innovator users can benefit from a simple cleaning of the internet cache. As a general rule, I like to clean my internet cache often, but really it is not bad advice to tell anyone to do this once every 2-3 months. With Aras Innovator, this ensures that you next session of Innovator will load fresh copies of all your internet files.
1) Open a new Internet Explorer window
2) From the main menu, select Tools à Internet Options
3) On the general tab select “Delete Files”
a. Select OK
4) Select “Clear History” from the General tab
a. When prompted select Yes
5) Select “Settings” from the General tab
a. Make sure “Every visit to the page” is selected
d. Select OK to close the Settings dialog
7) Select OK to close the Internet Options dialog
