SUPPORT Q&A - Activity locked by another user

I am trying to administratively reassign an activity, but I get an error that the activity is locked by another user.  I have combed through the item and the workflow and can not see who has the activity locked, although I can see a lock item next to the activity in the users InBasket.  How do I unlock the activity?
