Training materials for Innovator 9.3 state: "A user can delegate an assignment to another valid Identity in the system. If a Delegate Role has been provided in the assignment, the user can only delegate to members of that role."
I have confirmed the "Managed By"/"Role" function described for an Activity object, but, I do not see where, for an Assignment, a "Delegate Role" may be defined. Using out of the box function, the delegation of an assignment appears to be open to all users.
