I am trying to configure my Innovator installation such that when a user views or opens a document attachment, it will be logged.
I've used the 'FileView' history action in the history template, which, according to Just Ask Innovator, will log "when either a File item is viewed or when a Get Copy action is performed".
Currently, only the "Get Copy" action on a file is being logged in the history. So if I right click on a file and choose "Get Copy of 'File' files", this will be logged. If I double-click a file to open in in the default viewer, or if I right-click and choose "View File", this will not be logged.
Am I missing some configuration trick to log both of these events, like is promised in the Just Ask Innovator description?

I have heard that this problem fixed on 9.3 SP3.
Which version do you use?
