HI,
To make that folder visible in TOC, you have to add it in TOC-Access of at-least one Item Type.
If its not there in any of TOC access of any Item type, then it will not be visible in TOC.

Asha

Many Thanks asha.
I need one more favour from you. Please help me out.
1) I have created one form with the name HRM with some fields.
2) I have added the Relationships for that fields in HRM_System Item types.[first_name,last_name]
3) Then while adding the fields to the form, i choose the datasource from what ever the relationship i have added for HRM_System. [For example:- Field Name --> First name & Data source --> first_name].
Everything is ok.
Now my query is , after sucessfull creation of the form , i want to open the form and add the data's in to that form. How to do this?
steps followed by me,
1) I clicked on HRM_System Item type under HRM folder in Toc Main tree.
2) i tried to click on "New Create Item" Icon In Tool bar & New from File Menu. But all the tool bar icons and Menu bar Items are Disabled for me. [disabled only for HRM_System Item types].
May i know how to enable this icons?
Please help me out. if any clarification please let me know.
Thanks in advance,
Dhivya. L

I think you have not given permission and can add permission in Item type.
Please open the Item type and add permission to it with all the access to you, and also in Item type you will find the tab called Can Add, please add the Identity to whom you want to give rights to add item.
Regards,
Asha

Hello asha,
Its Perfect. Many thanks for you. now everything is ok. I can able to see the tool bar and menu items.
i have added only the identiry in Can Add tab.
What about the permission.Permission is must?
I have one doubt. What is mean by "world" identity ?. when i was working on main Toc tree, if i select only the "world" identity , then only the item type "HRM_System" has displayed under Main toc tree. Is it like that we should select "world" only ?
Thanks,
Dhivya. L

World Identity means anyone who loges into aras, that means for everyone it would be displayed in HRM folder
but if you provide any other Identity like admin, or any other specific Identity then it would be visible to this specific Identities only
and not to everyone.
Permission are set to allow different access rights depending on the level of employee, to provide security to data.
And In PLM world it is necessory to provide permissions
Please go through Just Ask Innovator for more details
