SUPPORT Q&A - Unhandled Exception "IE Window not found" at launch, randomly. Bug?

I just began trying out Aras and so far am very impressed with this solution to my company's needs.

I believe I have a bug to report though; unless anyone has any ideas for me to try (which I will gladly do!).

When I first launch IE and load my application (browsing to http://<servername>/plmserver/Client/) at least 50% of my attempts I get a blank popup window at full screen and the login screen fails to fire. The other percent of the time, the login window loads properly, and I can use Innovator just like normal. Setting IE back to defaults, closing sessions, clearing cache, etc do not seem to have any effect on this.

Looking in my event viewer, I see this:
