Environment: Innovator 9.3, Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit, SQL Server 2008 R2, IE9, Dell i7 laptop with 8G memory.
I have installed everything as instructed (security config tool and all IE configurations). For the last three days, every time I have logged into Innovator, I am able to work for a while and then the app freezes and IE crashes with the below error. Although this error has occurred every time I have opened the app and started working, it occurs during different, random events. I can find no pattern. In fact, if I open Innovator and walk away for about 10-15 mins, when I come back and attempt to navigate to any area in the TOC, it will freeze and crash.
