Hello Vasant,
   Thanks for your reply.  Yeah already i have read the Just Ask Innovator for the Sharepoint integration. I am following that only.
In this i have some doubt, i.e.:-
1) They have mentioned the example "Test SP doc" for the bellow fields
·             Name of Generated Document Type - Name of Generated Doc Item (e.g. “Test SP doc”)
·             Label of generated item - label for this new itemtype (e.g. “Test SP doc”)
·             Plural label - plural label for itemtype (e.g. “Test SP docs”)

Ø  Is this name is already existed one or we can give any name?

Ø  If this name already existed means, where we can find this name?

Ø  Is this name refers to any document library name from Sharepoint?

2) They mentioned the below line in Sharepoint just ask innovator;
        “If you do not see the SPDocuments Folder in the TOC, it’s possible that you do not have permission to Discover or Get the item.  Check the item type definition as you would for any other Innovator item type".
As they said i could not able to see the SPDocuments Folder in the TOC.
Ø  Is this SPDocuments Folder already available in Aras by default?
Ø   Should we make it enable this folder from the item definition?
Ø  What steps I should follow ?
Could you please get back to me soon please?
 Thanks in Advance,
Dhivya. L

Hi Dhivya,

Follow below Steps for SharePoint Integration:

1. Enter following details:

1.1 Share Point Site URL: http://win-loqos7ot2ms:42235 (URL Of Sharepoint site which is published)

1.2 Authentication Type: Windows Authentication Only (Enter valid Authentication type)

1.3 Click on 'RefreshList' Button

1.4 Afetr Clicking 'SharePoint Document Library Name' dropdown is enabled, select any one Document Library

1.5 Name Of Generated Document Type: The Name of ItemType which you wants to create, Created automatically by Aras (once you save SharePoint Library Definition) not Manually

1.6 Label Of Generated Document Type: SIngular Label of ItemType which is going to be created after Saving

1.7 Plural Label Of Generated Document Type: Plural Label of ItemType which is going to be created after Saving

SPDocuments folder will comes automatically in TOC, once you save the 'SharePoint Library Definition'.

Hope it will be helpfiul..

Thanks- Vasant

Hello Vasant,

 Thanks a lot. It works good.  the mistake i had done was, i had selected the Dedicated users instead of selecting Windows Auntication Only.

Now  I could able to connect to the Sharepoint Library, Create the new Item type by giving the  "Name Of Generated Document Type". And  I could able to see the SPDocuments under Aras TOC main Tree.

But i am getting one small error.  i.e ;

 1) I have given the Generated document type name as (Test SPDocuments).

2) I could see this Test SPDocuments under SPDocuments Folder in TOC main tree.

3) Now the issue is; When i click on Test SPDocuments under SPDocuments Folder in TOC main tree and click on Search icon it is showing the bellow error.

      User is not authenticated.

<SOAP-ENV:Envelope xmlns:SOAP-ENV="schemas.xmlsoap.org/.../">
<SOAP-ENV:Body>
<SOAP-ENV:Fault xmlns:af="www.aras.com/InnovatorFault">

</SOAP-ENV:Fault>
</SOAP-ENV:Body></SOAP-ENV:Envelope>
 Could you please get back to me on this.
Thanks,
