While creating Workflow Map in Aras, we provide "expected duration", "remainder interval", "remainder count" and "Timeout duration".
Now "expected duration" is treated as "Due Date" for activity and Aras OOTB will keep sending notification to the Identity as per the remainder interval and remainder count until the "Due Date".
Now My question is, After this Due Date, Does Aras OOTB keeps sending the notification till the Timeout Duration?
if not, is there any customization to achieve the same?
