Hello,
We are using the below configuration for installation of Aras innovator in our machine;
1) Internet Explorer Browser IE8
2) Aras 9.3.0 build 5663
3) Windows Server 2008 R2 standard, Copy right 2009 all rights reserved, Service pack 1.
Its installed successfully and we are able to perform some tasks in Aras innovator. But
When we double click on either a workflow activity or on an attachment on an object (eg. CSC) , it does not open the workflow activity or the attachment (pdf, word whatever the format). It works if we right click and select respectively “update activity” or “view file”.
I want to open the workflow activity or attachment while performing double click itself.
Can anyone help me to solve this issue.
