We are considering expanding the use of Innovator by developing an integration with a Voice over IP (VoIP) system.
Are you aware of any existing Aras customer that has integrated Innovator with their VoIP system? I believe that many VoIP systems provide integration via Web Services and we know that Innovator can be invoked as a Web Service
