I’m working on having a workflow built into Manufacture Parts. The team wants to be notified and sign off on any manufacture part changes. Example of this is going from an approved part to an inactive part.
The problem I’m running into is inside the Workflow Map>Promotions. When I set the promotion to Manufacture Part>Approved to Manufacture Part>Inactive, I get an error saying
“Cannot insert the value NULL into column ‘CONTROLLED_ITEMTYPE’, table ‘Servername.Innovator.ACTIVITY_TEMPLATE_TRANSISTION’, column does not allow nulls. INSERT fails. The statement has been terminated.”
Any ideas on how I can fix this issue? Thank you
