DEVELOPERS FORUM - Some required controls('IOM.dll') were not loaded

from my laptop i can successfully run innovator on the local network. it is loaded on 2 VM's: one for the database one for the web server.

when i try to access the same servers from an internet domain that then is routed via a reverse proxy i get this message.

what am i missing?
