Our company introduces ARAS has more than a year and has a considerable number of secondary development,but now it still can't online, mainly encountered the following problems:
System appears to have higher requirements for client, we have found new computers perform faster, but more old computer perform very slow,such as system login, new computer for about 10 seconds, compared to the old computer (CPU: P4 3.0 G RAM, 1 gb, OS: Windows XP) need 30 to 40 seconds, we still can bear. But sometimes (about 30 times in 1 times) the reaction is very slow, for example, login for more than 1 minutes, or even server deadlock, cause other users' responses in a period of time (about 10 minutes) is very slow. Sometimes lead to IE Crash, the user have to restart IE, even have to restart the computer to return to work.
Our consultants also have not right solution for these problems so far, does anyone have a similar problem in ARAS, have any relevant experiences to share?

Richard,
Are you running an anti virus that is scanning all of the messages from the Innovator server?
Also the client machines should not have auto detect proxy in the internet options. This can slow down the first login for the day.
We have seen issues with anti virus programs. You may need to set up a whitelist to allow the messages to come from the server without being scanned.
