DEVELOPERS FORUM - The unlock on log out configuration doesn't work for admin.

Hi all,

I'm new to Aras.

I've to configure such that, each time a user logs out, all the items locked by that user should get unlocked automatically.

For this, I've checked the "Unlock On Logout" feature for my selected ItemTypes.

But, this is not working for admin user.

Please suggest.

Hi Amit,

I'm not sure what you are doing but I have just tested this in 9.3 SP 0 and it works as expected no matter how I logout of Innovator.

Does the unlock on logout work for users other than Admin?

I tested as Admin and as I said it works for me.
