When you say the main grid is not painting columns or headers are you able to log into Innovator and you are only getting the Main menu and Table of Contents down the left hand side?
Or are you having problems logging into Innovator?
Can you post a screen shot of the problem?

I've got the same problem (first screen shot) with 9.4.0. No antivirus. Clear Windows server 2008 R2 installation.

Hi Nastya,
I'm not sure what is going on here but I would be looking at any Anti-Virus applications you have running that may be blocking access to either the activeX files that need to be downloaded or are somehow blocking the scripts between the client and server.
Clearly there is some communication but either something is being blocked or not all of the files installed properly for Innovator.
You may have to put an HTTP snooper/analyzer on the machine to try to figure out what is being blocked.

Sorry for silence.
But no - this problem was not resolved but reinstalling of any components (believe me - I tried all except OS)
I have used Brian's advise about "HTTP snooper/analyzer" and saw error "Error: 0x800401F3 - Invalid class string" and then
using goggle search I solve the problem in such way:
regsvr32.exe jscript.dll
regsvr32.exe vbscript.dll
regsvr32.exe wshom.ocx
regsvr32.exe msxml3.dll
regsvr32.exe -i shell32.dll
regsvr32.exe OLEAUT32.DLL
