It appears that the web.config file has an issue:
Well, I went to post the image and the Insert Media dialog is blank so I cannot insert an image.
Please address this problem as well as the issues with the forum itself.

I did some digging and it turns out that ASP.NET was not installed... Once I installed ASP.NET it worked.
