SUPPORT Q&A - Aras Installation 500.19 error - Please help

Hi,

I am trying to bring up Aras innovator in a 2008R2 machine .NET 4.0 framework . I have Sharepoint 2010 installed in that machine.

I ve installed per the document. But when i click aras innovator for the first time i get the following error

HTTP Error 500.19 - Internal Server Error

	There is a duplicate 'system.web.extensions/scripting/scriptResourceHandler' section defined 1) is there a solution for this? 2) my sharepoint 2010 site is working properly. 3) Could there be a clash between Sharepoint virtual directory and aras installation? I tried solutions from the web - editing web.config, changing .nET framework. No success so far! Thanks Sam
