SUPPORT Q&A - install with windows 7 SQLserver2008r2

Hi I have installed IIS7 SQLserver 2012R2 innovator 9.4 on windows 7 Pro 32 bit and nearly got it working

cant run sdns or rather get the error message: access denied

so when I try to run innovator I get HTTP Error 503. The service is unavailable.

any suggestions as to how to correct
