SUPPORT Q&A - Blank query results window on rightside after loading

I am attaching the screenshot of the above problem in my following mail I am getting after I login into Aras 9.4.0. Basically, nothing loads on the rightside and there is a continous message of "LoadingItemType". Will be glad if someone can help.
