I have a question concerning a BOM that has a part that was part of an ECN that was processed and released, yet when we went to export the BOM out of PDM it shows as superseded and the last revision. Can someone tell me why this happens? This is not the first time we have had this happen on a BOM, and have had to have write another ECN to correct this which is causing problems with our vendors.

I encounter the same problem! What is the correct way of processing an End of Life component by its successor including updating BOMs where this EOL-part is used in?
Any thoughts on this?
