SUPPORT Q&A - ARAS 10 System Error - All grid rows must have unique ids.

I submitted an ECN and reviewed it in "My inBasket". After that, the record in "My inBasket" is missing. I use the 'list all' function in ECN, ECR and Part, and there is no any record returned. There is an error message: "All grid rows have unique ids".

I checked these tables: ECN, ECN_AFFECTED_ITEM, ECR, ECR_AFFECTED_ITEM, EXPRESS_ECO and PART. But no duplicate ID found.

How to fix it?

After I restar the computer, the issue disappeared. It's so strange.
