We are running Innovator 10.0. Images loaded into the /Client/images folder are not visible in the Aras image browser. This includes .jpg, .png, and .svg files. Is there another step to loading these images into Aras in addition to copying them into the designed folder?
We're also experiencing another issue that may or may not be related to the one above. An image that we imported using the "External File" option to establish as the small/large icon image for a custom ItemType won't display as the TOC icon. It is, however, visible in the tear-off window for the ItemType. Are there specific size/type requirements that the image must meet?
Any help that can be given will be greatly appreciated!
