SUPPORT Q&A - ItemType Report Error

I use Innovator 9.3 ,OS Win2008R2(x64),sql server2008R2

when I click -->ItemType --> Report -->ItemType Definition Report Or the other 2 report ,

I have got an error message below,

then I install msxml4.0 sp3 in my computer,but still I get this error message.

Last night,I install Innovator 9.3 in Win2003(x32), and those reports are correctly showed.

My Question is How Can I Get these Reports In Win2008R2?
