I've the setup files for SP7 with me, but don't know the exact process.

Inside the documentation folder of the setupfiles there is a file called "Aras Innovator 9.3 - Upgrading to Service Pack 7 from Aras Innovator 9.3.pdf" that describes the upgrade process.
As subscriber or partner you can also contact the aras support directly or your partner if this document doesn't help.
