I got an Error Message as per screen given Below.[ String or Binary Data would be Truncated ]
How to overcome with this Problem?

Hi Sagar,
There should be more information in the log file pointing to which Item type encountered the problem.
Basically the item type you are importing into has an existing field/element that is shorter than the data you are trying to import.
Find the item type, have a look in the 9.4 system and compare the size/length of the fields. When you find one that is shorter in 9.4 than in your 9.3 then make it bigger.

Log file Helps me to resolve Issue. There was little change in OOTB Schema .
