SUPPORT Q&A - Cannot open URL

Hi, I am new to Aras, and I am getting the following error when I try to open the Aras Url I get the following error :

Can any one guide me with this? I have followed all the steps for .Net and IE configurations.

I have attached the snapshot. I have also installed the .net framework, sql server as per the requirements.

Still, I am getting this error.

Could you please repair your .Net Framework.

Hi Pankaj,

I tried what you suggested, however I am getting the following error when I run the command from command prompt.

Setup encountered an unexpected error in the package contents.
The package will not be installed.
Please contact your vendor for a new package.

 Can you please guide me through this?

Hi Shweta,

1. You have to Delete your temporary file.

2.) Which Framework and OS you are using.

3.) Check wheather below path exists or not .

C:WindowsMicrosoft.NETFramework64
