Hi Sarang,
Best place to start for you is probably the "Just Ask Innovator" help. Have a look at the "Administration" topics. These describe a lot of how the system is put together and what each of the major components do.
Key place to start is with "Item Types" these are essentially the building blocks that much of Innovator is based on.
